The Krunch King is a fuzz/distortion box that utilizes AC128 and AC188 germanium transistors. The nice thing about this pedal is that you can set your amp to make a nice clean sound, and when you step on the Krunch King your sound is completely transformed. What does it sound like? Well, it's not subtle. We're talkin' heavy-duty fuzz fest here.

The Krunch King will work well with almost any amplifier. The clean booster pedals that I make (the Crispy Cream Treble Booster and the Vitamin G Booster) are very finicky about which amplifiers they like, and they require that you change your amplifier settings to accomodate them. An opposite approach was taken when designing the Krunch King. This box is very tweakable, and will thus easily gel with almost any effects/amplifier setup.
